Hey lady, Fallon here…if you know me everyone calls me Mama Fae!
I’m a mother to two sweet little boys, a holistic birth & postpartum doula, certified lactation counselor, homebirther, baby whisperer & your go-to wellness advocate.
My passion for wellness guides me in my support that is focused on fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, & far into motherhood.
Receiving a bachelor's degree in women, gender, & sexuality studies from VCU in 2016, I continued to dive deeper into learning how to support my community, friends, & family in their growth to thrive as parents...because it truly takes a big, supportive, trusting village!
I support breastfeeding parents in person or virtually to help them learn how to feed their babies comfortably & confidently. Got mastitis? I can help you get rid of it quickly! Won’t take a bottle? Call me.
Along with my communal engagement, I provide 1-on-1 virtual newborn care support. Diapering, sleep, infant nutrition, starting solids, formula suggestions, & so much more.

I became a trained Birth Doula with ToLabor in January 2018 & have specialized training in acupressure/pain management techniques, perinatal loss & traumatic grief, reproductive justice, along with abortion support.
Postpartum & family support that is deeply rooted in traditional and ancestral care is where I find myself desiring to share the importance of honing into your role as a mother, resting, and letting yourself be cared for. My passions are guided by the teachings of Innate Traditions & Ancestral healing along with learning from my mentors who have been collectively providing care for over 40 years.
I became a certified lactation counselor with the ALPP in April 2020.
I’ve also helped build a virtual postpartum doula company and managed marketing & community outreach for Latched Mama for 3+ years. My interest in creating a village within my community & teaching others to do the same is very important to me.
I am dedicated to providing evidence-based support to families during their pregnancy, birth & into postpartum, no matter their outcome and no matter the kind of support they need.
My desire and knowledge to work with families from conception to postpartum, & to dive deeper into the holistic understanding of the pregnant body, postpartum physiology & psychology is what makes me different from other care providers. It is my job to guide you to be a confident and empowered mother. It is not my job to take away the your biological right to care for your baby. I am not a baby nurse or nanny.
My practice is rooted in empathy, open communication, & transparency. I believe that anything is possible with a strong support system, a well-balanced mind, & determination. I recognize that every family and every body lives a different & valid experience...so no body, no birth, & no postpartum are the same.
Raising a family is all about communal support, using your ‘mom/parent instinct’, asking questions & getting answers, advocating for yourself & your family confidently, & the knowing the importance of informed consent.
I look forward to chatting with you on how I can support you and your growing family!
Note: I am not a medical provider.
Hester produces fresh, organic produce from local farmers in New York. Even our spices are fresh. Just because pickling is a preservation process doesn’t mean you can use dried-up thyme or week-old asparagus that’s already a little spongy.
We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy and delicious pickled vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.
